Everyone Carries their Length and Weight Differently, HOWEVER, GENERALLY SPEAKING, to cover your knees:
5'0 Your Dress will need to measure 37"
5'1" Your Dress will need to measure 38"
5'2" Your Dress will need to measure 39"
5'3" Your Dress will need to measure 40"
5'4" Your Dress will need to measure 41" at least
5'5" Your Dress will need to measure 42" at least
5"6 Your Dress will need to measure 43" at least
(always add an inch if you like dresses to be longer than just past the knee)
