RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We now offer FREE EXCHANGES (apart from Accessories & Sale Items which are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned). When submitting a return request, please specify the item/s needing to be exchanged and the alternate item wanted (must be of the same value).

PLEASE DO NOT RETURN ANYTHING WITHOUT REQUESTING FIRST - WE CANNOT TRACK THE REFUND AND IT WILL NOT BE PROCESSED!
All current season full priced Merchandise may be Returned/Exchanged -- after receiving instructions from the Returns Dept. Items must be received by our Returns Dept. within 10 days of Receipt of Order (unless there are some pre arranged exceptions or an issue such as Post Office Error ) Refunds will be processed after inspection of items/s.
If a Store Pickup has been selected, customer has 2 days from notification of Ready For Pickup to initiate a return.
ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL PURCHASE and are therefore not eligible to be Returned/Refunded/Exchanged. ***This includes SPOTLIGHT items and any items that are temporarily on Sale or Marked Down Due to Coupon Sales such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, New Years etc. and then returned to regular price after the order. ALL SALE ITEMS, COUPON ITEMS, ACCESSORIES, EXTRAS, SLIPS/UNDERGARMENTS, AND OUTERWEAR ARE NON RETURNABLE OR EXCHANGEABLE
If an order ships in Multiple Shipments, please make sure to still request any necessary return ASAP within the 10 day period - however you may request to wait to receive your full order before sending back your return.
Once a Return is received, Mia Mod will inspect your item and will only refund/exchange if item has not been worn or damaged.
WE DO NOT PAY FOR RETURN SHIPPING and we do not refund Shipping Costs.
If the bulk of an order, or a complete order is returned, there will be a 15% restocking fee.
Items may also be Exchanged for a different size/color or used for a store credit toward a different purchase depending on availability. If you choose to Exchange your Item, you will be charged a Shipping Fee for the Delivery of the new item. Please allow up to 14 business days to receive your Exchange.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS: Orders may be cancelled any time prior to shipping No Questions Asked.
There are times when Mia Mod is unable to fulfill certain items for different reasons. In this instance, an email will be sent out as soon as possible to notify the customer and offer an exchange or full refund.
ALL CUSTOM ORDERS ARE NON RETURNABLE when a customer requests a certain item to be ordered in that is not a stock item it is a "Custom Order" and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
DAMAGES ETC: We do our best to inspect all pieces prior to shipping but there is such a thing as human error, therefore we ask that you inspect your item/s upon receipt since we will gladly replace your damaged goods along with a prepaid return envelope if we are notified within 10 days of receipt of item/s.
STORE CREDITS: Are valid from 90 days of issue
Please note that our inventory and clothing line is constantly changing, that is why Returns and Exchanges have to be swift!
Occasionally, if a customer has made several orders and then returned entire orders, their Account Status will be changed and all purchases will be marked as Final Sale or Exchange for same item but different size only. Customers will be notified before hand.
IN PERSON PURCHASES:
Brick and Mortar (physical Store) locations stocking MIA MOD clothing are affiliates and are therefore a separate entity to our online store. Whereas pricing and items may be similar, they may also vary per item. Online prices do not need to be matched with Brick and Mortar prices.
Any item purchased online may not be returned or exchanged in a Brick & Mortar location. Any item purchased at a B&M location may not be returned or exchanged via MiaMod.com. Please adhere to the Return Process of your local Store.
All Brick and Mortar locations reserve the right to charge their appropriate State Sales Tax.
